23 year old Travis Pastrana born October 8, 1983 is an incredible person. He has broken 30 bones and 9 head injuries. Travis Pastrana is the first to land a back flip in the 2002 motocross competition at the Summer Gravity Games. Travis also landed a 360 at the X Games in 2003. When Travis was only 14 years old he became the world champion of freestyle. Ever since then motocross has made a huge impact on Pastrana's life. Ever since Pastrana was a boy he competed on Suzuki bikes. Travis won the National Championship in 2002. He has also won a lot of other awards for tricks. That next year Travis won the East Coast Supercross Championship in 2001. Travis Pastrana loves racing especially when he jumps off of high ramps. In 2002 at the Summer X Games Travis won the gold medal. That day he finished first in Freestyle Moto X. Ever since then Travis has won a lot of gold medals in the X Games for more than one event. Travis has continuously been reaching for the sky so high he had to recuperate months at a time for serious injuries.
